- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of two blocks as follows: Block 1 approximately 839 rentable square feet yielding 730 ANSI/BOMA/usable square feet, Block 2 approximately 8,107 rentable square feet yielding 7,050 ANSI/BOMA/usable square feet in Pocatello, ID. The Government will require one (1) reserved parking space. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Intersection of I-84 & US91 and run East to I-15; East:South 5th Avenue and run North to I-15; North on I-15 to West Buckskin Road; East on West Buckskin Road to Apex Road; North on Apex to Monte Vista Drive; North on Monte Vista Drive to Pocatello Creek Road; and West on Pocatello Creek Road to I-15; South:Cheyenne Avenue and run East to South 5th Avenue; West:Intersection of I-84 & US91 and run South down US91 to Pole Line Road to Garrett Way; South on Garrett to Gould; West on Gould to N Arthur Avenue; South on N. Arthur Avenue to the junction with South Main Street; South on South Main Street to Bannock Highway; and South on Bannock Highway to Cheyenne Avenue. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 11, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
