Description

The General Services Administration is seeking to award a lease using other than full and open competition in Grand Rapids, MI. The space will be occupied by DHS Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The Government requires 8,528 rentable square feet yielding a minimun of 7,200 ANSI/BOMA office, training, and administrative space. The space must be contiguous and all services, utilties, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Lease Term: Five (5) years / Three (3) years Firm. The space must be available for occupancy by June 1, 2010. Location: TSA's requirements mandates TSA off-site locations to be housed within 5 mintues of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, MI. To submit a location for inspection, please include the following information: 1) Building name and address; 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of the offered space; 3) Square footage offered; 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; 5) Name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted and; 6) Evidence of authority to represent owner.
