Description

The General Services Administration is seeking to award a lease using other full and open competition in Muskegon, MI. The space will be occupied by DHS Tranportation Security Administration (TSA). The Government requires 1,468 rentable square feet yielding a minimun 1,310 ANSI/BOMA office, training, and administrative space. The space must be contiguous and all services, utilities, patitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Lease Term: Five (5) Years/ Three (3) Years Firm. Location: TSA's requirments mandates TSA off-site locations to be housed within 5 minutes of the Muskegon County Airport in Muskegon, MI. To submit a location for inspection, please include the following information: 1) Building name and address; 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of the offered space; 3) Square footage offered; 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; 5) Name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted and; 6) Evidence of authority to represent owner.
