- The St. Cloud Minnesota V.A. Medical Center is soliciting a requirement for local courier services to include daily (Mon-Fri) pick and delivery of mail between the VA Medical Center and US Post Office located in St. Cloud, MN. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract is contemplated. The North American Classification Code is 492210, Courier Service with a small business size standard of $25.5 Million. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small businesses set-aside in accordance with FAR 52,219-6, NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The contract term is a base period with four one-year option periods. In accordance with FAR 5.102, availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium and will be available for viewing and downloading via www.fedbizopps.gov.
