- IN APPROXIMATELY 1 DAY, THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS COMMERCIAL SERVICE PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AND PRINT. It is the purpose of this contract to secure toilet pumping services at locations specified in the Schedule of Items for the Minidoka Ranger District, Sawtooth National Forest, Burley, Idaho, which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
