- PRON: AX9F0414AX. The Government has a requirement for a quantity of 10 each of a BULKHEAD, AIRCRAFT, NSN: 1560-01-569-0545, Part Number: 70211-03002-043 applicable to the BE-UH-60 (BLACKHAWK), with deliveries to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. The required delivery without First Article (FA) requirements is 5 each 209 days after contract award (DACA) and 5 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code:78286. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
