Description: The Strategic Systems Programs intends to negotiate a contract modification with EMCUBE, Inc. Alexandria, Virginia, to provide engineering expertise and management support for weapons systems sustainment effort in support of the Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) programs. The contractor shall perform technical and programmatic support for the Strategic Systems Program which requires a working knowledge of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program operations. Further, the contractor shall provide professional programmatic and engineering support of the operational programs in support of the weapon system. The contractor shall assist in assessing systems safety and support the Operational Safety Reviews. This contract modification will be awarded to EMCUBE Inc., 1800 North Beauregard Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, Virginia 22311-1811. See Note 22.
