Description
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to solicit and award an acquisition for a Exceptional Family Member Program Assistant(EFMP)for the Army Community Services located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The purpose of the EFMP Assistant is to assist military families who have special needs family members by providing information, assistance, and other supportive services to minimize stress and problems related to accommodating special needs family members. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 624190 Size Standard is $7.0. The proposed action is a base period of nine (9) months and four (4) one-year options. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be issued for this requirement. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 March 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil with a closing date for the solicitation on 3 April 2009 at 1400 hours. The solicitation will include Federal Acquisition Regulation, Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) contract provisions and clauses, and performance work statement. No hardcopies of the solicitation or any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to ASFI. Offerors are encouraged to frequently visit ASFI to view any amendments. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be, actively, registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov. For further information, please contact Brenda F.
