Description
The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 5,369 rentable square feet in Pierre, SD. The space should yield 4,669 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require fifteen (15) covered, secured parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Range Road South:Missouri River East:UPS Road/Fairway Drive West:Missouri River The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1st, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
