Description
NSN: 3120-01-290-9455, Bearing, Plain, Rod End. Purchase Request Number IQC07128009012. This item is manufactured to a “Source Controlled Drawing”. Approved Sources: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (Cage 97499), Dwg. 209-010-497 Rev. K, P/N 209-010-497-1, New Hampshire Ball Bearings (Cage 15860), P/N 209-010-497-1, Dover Engineered Systems, DBA KAHR BEARING (Cage 97613), P/N 209-010-497-1. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. A COQC is required. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Requested delivery is 223 Days ARO. This NSN is a Critical Inspection, Critical Application, NAVY Flight Safety Item, and it is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 117 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 29 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 234 each. The minimum delivery order is 29 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 117 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be April 10, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
