- U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with P M Research Inc., 4110 Niles Hill Road, Wellsville, NY 14895-9608, for Radome Covers for the MH-60L aircraft fielded for USSOCOM. The proposed action is for an item that is designed, developed and manufactured by P M Research Inc. and the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. Firms that feel they can provide this item or equal are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 31 Mar 2009.
