- Generator and Feeder Breaker Relays Verification and Corrections at Eielson AFB Coal Power Plant This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for perscribe requirement that are listed below. The contractor must be able to provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements to full fill all of the requirement. The performance period is to be determined. This requirement is anticipated to be set-aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industry Code is 541330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $4.5 Million. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.ccr.gov and must also registered at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Requirement: The contractor shall be able to provide all personnel, labor, equipement, supervision, and tools necessary to verify settings and correct as needed all generators, feeders, station service, and tranformer relays. The contractor shall be able to: 1. Verify and adjust as needed all feeder relays 2. Verify and adjust all station service relays 3. Verify and adjust transformer relays 4. Check out and tune all PLC's in GE control system 5. Change PLC's back up batteries 6. Confirm all ladder logic in control system 7. Verify setting in turbine DSLYC's and systems MSLYC 8. Be on site for 5 consecutive days 9. Train government employees on control systems 10. Be available for technical advice to government eomployees.
