Description
Boiler Control System, Tune, Adjust, and Upgrade Boiler Control System - Eielson AFB, Coal Power Plant This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for perscribe requirement that are listed below. The contractor must be able to provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements to full fill all of the requirement. The performance period is to be determined. This requirement is anticipated to be set-aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industry Code is 541330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $4.5 Million. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.ccr.gov and must also registered at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Requirement: The contractor shall be able to provide all personnel, labor, equipement, supervision, and tools necessary to tune, adjust, and upgrade boiler control system. The contractor shall be able to: 1. Provide all tools needed to adjust the tuning curves for six high pressure boiler through all load levels 2. Verify and adjust PID values for all critical process such as drum levels, DA tank level, feed pump flows, and de-super heater pumps. 3. Perform operational assessment of all components of the boiler control system and repair and adjust as needed 4. Change all PLC batteries 5. Back all operating data to our storage devices 6. Adjust Wi-Fi security parameters and site manning 7. Be on site for five consecutive days 8. Work with and train technicians from the power plant controls shop.
