- This is a modification to the below.Issue date has been changed to April 14, 2009 with a closing date of May 14th, 2009. All other terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation number is SPM4A6-09-R-0167, IQC08177009020, Stock Number, 5365-01-083-6798, Bushing, Tapered. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, other than Full and Open Competition. Surge and Sustainment is applicable. NSN is Critical Safety Item and is Critical Item Application. Government First Article Testing is required Configuration Control applies. Approved sources of supply are Aero Components, Cage 59213, P/N: 70103-08013-046 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286, P/N: 70103-08013-046. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year is 468 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 117 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 468 each. Maximum Annual Contract quantity is 936 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 275 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is December 29th, 2008 with a closing date of January 29th, 2008.A copy will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
