- This project is set-aside for Emerging Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.10. The NAICS Code is 238990 and the Small Business Size Standard is $14 Million. Emerging Small Business amount is $7 Million. Solicitation Number Q1774080619. Description: The National Park Service is seeking a qualified contractor to repair backstop number 1 at Miller Field, Staten Island, NY. LOCATION: The work will occur at Ball Field No. 1 at Miller Field which is located at the southern most end of New Dorp Avenue on Staten Island. Contract duration is 10 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $10,000 and $25,000. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 13 and 15. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. An organized ite visit will not be scheduled, but interested contractors should contact Laura Nielson at 718-354-4651 or at Laura_Nielson@NPS.gov. Responses are due not lateer than 4:30 PM on April 1, 2009. Search by referencing the solicitation number (above), Department of the Interior, National Park Service.
