- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-09-G-A752 with Colonna's Shipyard Inc, d/b/a Steel America, Norfolk, VA for the period 2009 March 16 to 2010 March 15 for the evaluation and repair of Navy Shafts and Shaft Taper Gages for various classes of Navy Ships. Some representative NSNs are as follows: NSN 2S 2010-00-856-6906, Shaft, Propulsion, SH; NSN 2S 2010-00-856-6907, Shaft, Propulsion, SH; NSN 2S 2010-00-437-3364, Shaft, Propulsion, SH; NSN 2S 2010-01-015-1534, Shaft, Propulsion, SH; NSN 2S 2010-00-453-5797, Shart, Stern Tube. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
