- On or about 6 April 2009, this office will issue Invitations for Bid for construction of the RENOVATE DORM 205 project at MINOT AFB, NORTH DAKOTA. The solicitation will close on or about 4 May 2009. This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. Site visits may be requested. Provisions in the solicitation documents will provide points of contact, access requirements and other pertinent information. See Obtaining Solicitation Documents below. Project Description: This is a Fully-Designed Project. The work consists of renovation of Dormitory 205. The work will include installation of ground source heat pumps, well field, ERV, individual HVAC for dorm rooms, and ventilation; repairs to existing finishes to match existing; controls to match existing, and other items to make for a complete and useable facility. General work will include the repair of the walls after demolition of the fin tube system and then the core drilling of the floors to install the vertical stacked modular system. The estimated construction cost of this project is between$2,500,000 and $5,000,000.
