Description: 100% Set-aside for HUB-Zone under the authority of FAR 19.1305, HUB Zone setaside procedures. Seventeen Mile Point Mitigation, Mojave National Preserve, Baker, California, Soliciation Number N8380090049. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists of abandoned mine safety mitigation, includes installation of bat cupolas, bat gates, screens and polyurethane plugs. The two abandoned mine sites are the Oro Fino and Gold Cycle mines, located within the Seventeen Mile Point Mining District about 15 miles southeast of Baker, California. The NAICS code for this project is 562910 and the small business size standard is $14 million. Contract duration is 30 days following the notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $200,00 and $400,000. This procurement is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties at a later time and date. Responses are due in 30 days.
