- Display Board pic 2 Display Boards Picture 1 Plans Display Board Corner Display Boards name plate Display Boards Picture 3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z909041A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30 Effective 17 Feb 2009, Defense DCN 20090115 effective January 15, 2009, and AFAC 2008-1217 effective Dec 17, 2008. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside; business size standard is 500 employees. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 321999. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7510. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2499. This request for quotation is for 2 Display Boards Each display board must meet exisiting products see attachments anything that does not match the exisisting display boards will be corrected to match to be considered. 2 each display boards, 54"x60" and 54"x74" will have a total of 13 custom built picture frames (11.5 X 9.5 inches) (divided between two separate boards) with customer furnished C-17 T-tail models (aprox 14.5 X 9 inches) attached to each picture frame. Each picture frame will be attached to display boards with easily removable hardware. 13 each name plates (3.25" X 10.6") will also be attached. Each display board will be covered by #7018 Baltic Fabric manufacture by Stratford or equivalent laminated to 1/2" plywood, Larson JUHL 565G walnut stained rounded frame with Larson JUHL 900G corners, gold corners or equivalent with attached tail wings, picture frames and plaque holders. Installation included. Attach 13 tail wings provided by the customer, attach 13 picture frames (9.5 X11.5) brushed aluminum, photo corners on foam board, singe white mat, picture glass or equivalent. Attach 2 header cast plaques (6 X 30) Gemini Inc., attach 13 name plate holders (3.25 X 10.5) clear acrylic or equivalent. - Contractor shall provide a 1in x 1 in sample of the fabric to be used in evaluation to match existing. - Contractor shall provide picture or proof that you can match existing header cast plaques and name plate holders at no cost to the governement. Award shall be made in the aggregate or equivalent items. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
