- SPM4A609R0416 End Item Application: 'AVENGER CLASS MCM This solicitation will contain one NSN 5342-00-546-9224, for a Mount, Resilient, Weapon. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a quantity of 90. This is a 1T item. This NSN has a Qualified Product Lists (QPL) requirement. Export Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item. Shelf life manufacturing restrictions apply. The solicitation will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 6, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading. In the Search Categories click in the Solicitation Number and type the RFP you wish to download and click the Submit button. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
