Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 316th Contracting Squadron/LGCBB, Andrews AFB, Maryland intends to award a sole source contract to CBS Outdoor, Inc. for a 2 month period to obtain print advertising for Metro and transit for the 2009 Joint Services Open House at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and the Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Ava Epps, ava.epps@.afncr.af.mil no later than 12:00 PM, EST 24 Mar, 2009. (NAICS) code 541850 Display Advertising.
