Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for automated data processing support including: research and development (R&D) surveys, studies, and analyses, for evolving state-of-the-art technologies and architecture's in the National Airspace System (NAS). This support will be provided to the FAA's Technical Computer Data Center (TCDC). The FAA anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Materials (T&M) type contract with a five (5) year period of performance. This procurement is a 100% Small Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) 8(a) set-aside under NAICS code 541511. In order to qualify for award, an offeror must meet the small business size standard for that NAICS code, which is $25M. All interested parties are referred to the attached SIR. All responses to this SIR must be submitted to the following address: Federal Aviation AdministrationWilliam J. Hughes Technical CenterAcquisition & Grants Group AJA-4730Attn: Kimberly ProkoTechnical Building (Bldg. 300), 4th Floor, Column M25Atlantic City International Airport, NJ 08405 The date and time for receipt of responses is 2:00PM, local time, April 9, 2009. Any response received after that date and time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals for Submittals. Proposal submissions must be in accordance with Section L of the SIR. If all requested information is not furnished, the offeror's response may be determined unacceptable. All questions pertaining to this SIR must be submitted by March 25, 2009, to Kimberly Proko at kimberly.proko@faa.gov.
