Description

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA8125-09-Q-0103 Solicitation FA8125-09-Q-0103 The government intends to sole source award this contract to: Carleton Life Support Systems Inc. 2734 Hickory Grove Rd. Davenport, IA 52804 for the following reasons: (1) These various adapters are required for the testing of the CRU 98, CRU 93, CRU 73, and A-21 regulators in accordance with their respective technical orders. (2) Carleton Life Support Systems Inc. is the original manufacture of the regulators and of the test stands on which they are tested. (3) Carleton Life Support Systems Inc. owns the proprietary data for creating the adapters and no substitutions are authorized in the technical data. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii) -- All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
