- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to furnish and deliver gate seals to JT Myers Lock and Dam, 16501 Raben Road, Mt.Vernon, IN 47620. Delivery shall be F.O.B destination and take place 90 days after receipt of award. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 326291. The size standard is 500 employees. An award will be made from the RFQ to the Contractor who provides the lowest total priced quote and can meet the delivery schedule. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 18 March 2009 and a approximate due date of 2 April 2009. Telephone and Fax requests for this RFQ will not be honored. There will be NO hard copies mailed. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the solicitation for this project, contractors are required to register at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments will be available from the FBO website by download only. Downloads are available only through the FBO website.
