Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Analytical Graphics Inc. 220 Valley Creek Blvd, Exton PA 19341-2380. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c) (1), 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a) (1) (i). Analytical Graphics Inc is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The required product is Satellite Tool Kit Software. This service will be provided to 460 OSS, Operations Suppport Squadron, Buckley AFB CO 80011. Period of Performance 1 Aug 09-31 Jul 09. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
