Message Screen Justification The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to award a contract on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Infocrossing Iconnection, Inc., P.O. Box 785161, Philadelphia, PA 19178-5161 for CF-1-5000-AS-PLATINUM Message Screen Platinum Subscription 4000-5000 user-Per User License. With Update Service and Technical Support, for a Base Year (12 Months). NOTE: See Attached, Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. The supplies and services to be provided are commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212.1. The statutory authority of Other than Full and Open Competition is USC 2304 ( c) (1) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Companies who can provide the above listed proprietary items must indicate their interest on or before March 23, 2009
