Description

Revision to Contract Body - Draft Contract Part 2 of 2 Amendment 1: The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) is hereby amending the Request for Proposal (RFP) for removal and disposal of biosolids (sludge) at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant to adjust the scope of work as follows. 1. Modify the Draft Contract period of performance from "May 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009" to " May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010." 2. Update the Draft Contract section L, paragraph 4 to allow for the use of other states for disposal of sludge.
