- Delineated Area for procurement U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 1,521 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE AND 1,482 ANSI/BOMA USABLE SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSE SPACE AND 12 PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than October 15, 2009. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: •Begin in Morrisville at the point of beginning •South on Route 12 to I-89 •South on I-89 to Route 63 •East on Route 63 to Route 14 •North on Route 14 to Route 15 •West on Route 15 to the point of beginning EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN APRIL 2nd, 2009 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)Floor plan detailing space offered. 3)ANSI/BOMA defined Office and Warehouse Area Square Feet 4)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 5)Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative, Studley, Inc.
