- The purpose of this announcement is to provide notification of the upcoming Industry Day for a potential Cockpit Selectable Output Weapon (SOW) Future Naval Capability (FNC) Broad Area Announcement (BAA). The Naval Air Weapons Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) will host Industry Day for the potential SOW FNC at the Naval Air Weapons Station Conference Center on April 21, 2009 in China Lake, CA. The primary purpose of this event is to provide information to industry on the status of NAWCWD's SOW efforts and current planned path forward after review of responses to the Request for Information N6893609R0015. NOTES:1. The Government does not plan to hold Industry Day at any other geographic location at this time.2: In order to receive the necessary badges and attend industry day, each participant's full name, company affiliation, social security number, date and place of birth must be emailed to celeste.moore@navy.mil (760-939-5979) by close of business April 14, 2009. The email should also indicate if the participant is a U.S. citizen.3. Attendance is limited to U.S. Government Personnel and U.S. Government contractors only. 4. Attendance is limited to two (2) representatives per company5. Attendance is limited to U.S. citizens only.
