- UPLAKE CHELAN TOILET INSTALLATION Request for Quotations, AG-05GG-S-9-0020 The Okanogan – Wenatchee National Forest, Chelan County, Washington State, intends to issue a solicitation for the installation of ROMTEC toilets at Safety Harbor (single), Graham Harbor (double), and Refrigerator Harbor (double) Campgrounds. These locations are on Lake Chelan and are accessible by water only. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, supplies and incidentals to perform all work specified in the solicitation. The toilets will be provided as Government-furnished property. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this work is 237310.
