- The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for small business with a NAICS code of 238310 with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average 500 employees, including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Marine Corps Office, 1774 East 3rd Street, Staples Plaza, Williamsport, PA. Provide and replace all acoustical ceiling tiles. Approximately 383 square feet. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. All questions and proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to the contracting office linda.evans@usace.army.mil. The solicitation package will be available to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities). You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov as you will need your MPIN (Marketing Partner Identification Number) when creating an account at FEDBIZOPPS. If you do not have an account at FEDBIZOPPS you will be locked out from obtaining a hard copy of the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS. Requirements package attached.
