Description

NONPERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, tools, new and current material, supplies, equipment, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to ensure certain areas of the munitions complex at Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora Colorado 80011 meet Secure Area requirements in accordance with Joint Air Force Army Navy (JAFAN) 6/9 Manual. For buildings 1645 and 1644, the repairs will include necessary detect and alarms. For building 1642, construct new work room and exiting bay area modifications per JFAN 6/9 requirements. A new 400 hz power supply to be installed, sound attenuation, and upgrades to allow occupancy are required. This procurement is a Total 8(a) Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 423390. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is: 1540. Prospective offerors shall request a copy of the solicitation on 20 March 2009 by contacting Mr. Bill Perez at Guillermo.Perez@cobuck.ang.af.mil or by telephone at (720) 847-9567. All proposals must be received by 14 April 2009 @ 2;00pm mountain daylight savings time. The award will be evaluated on price and past performance. The successful offeror must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number, CAGE Code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract
