Description

solicitation, clauses, wage determination, sow This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG89-09-Q-605007 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. The NAICS is 238220. This acquisition is unrestricted. The small business size is $13 million. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes to provide and install a new emergency generator for the Anuenue microwave site in Hilo, Hawaii. Offers are due by April 6, 2009, by 2PM local time. Offers must provide as a minimum (1) solicitation number; (2) name and address, point of contact and telephone number of the offeror; (3) price and discount terms; (4) Tax ID number; (5) Duns number. Offeror must include a complete copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with offer. Offers shall be mailed to Commander, Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific (fcp-4), Bldg 54C, Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA 94501-5100, Attn: Ms. Donna O’Neal, or faxed to (510) 437-3014, or emailed to donna.j.oneal@uscg.mil.
