Description
a. The National Park Service, Western Pennsylvania National Parks, is interested in leasing the 1889 Clubhouse Annex apartments, located adjacent to the existing road at 110 Main Street, St. Michael, Pa 15931. The annex is a 2 story frame structure with a hipped roof that is divided into four side-by-side apartments with separate entrances from the large front porch and the smaller rear wing porch. Currently, two apartment vacancies exist. Both are spacious 1 floor, 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartments with living room, kitchen and laundry room. Apartment 2 is approximately 900 square feet and is on the first floor of the left side of the structure, going east on 210 N Main Street. The apartment is fully carpeted except for the kitchen and bath. Apartment 4 is approximately 900 square feet is on the second floor of the left side and fully carpeted except for the bath. Spacious parking area for one vehicle per apartment is at the rear of the building. Lessees for either apartments will be responsible for all utilities.The use for these apartments is limited to residential only. b. The National Park Service, Western Pennsylvania National Parks, is interested in leasing the Brown Cottage located at 115 Cottage Lane, St. Michael, PA. 15951. Apartments A & B are within a 2-1/2 story frame structure with a hipped and gabled roof, wraparound front porch, and a one story rear wing with porches. The structure is currently divided into side-by-side duplexes with separate entrances from the front porch. Apartment A is on the left side of the structure, going east on 115 Cottage Lane, and Apartment B in on the right side. The cottage is located close to the existing road in the St. Michael Historic District. Apartment A is approximately 1,456 square feet and Apartment B is approximately 1,456 square feet. Spacious 2-1/2 story, 3 floor, 4-bedrooms, 1 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, large wraparound porch, carpeting everywhere except kitchen and bathroom. Lessee will be responsible for all utilities. The use for these apartments will be restricted to residential only.
