- Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials, permits, licenses, and supervision for demolition, renovation and new construction as indicated in drawings and specifications for project located at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. Work includes but is not limited to general interior alterations and expansion of existing fire alarm and sprinkler system, and minor interior demolition as required to install all systems. New finishes include: Patching, repairing, and replacing existing finishes as required to install new systems adn localized new finishes at new wall systems and ceiling systems, and hollow metal frames and doors.
