- Sole Source Letter for AN/ALQ188 Electronic Attack Pods NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to Quick Reaction Capabilities, Northrop Grumman Technical Services for the purchase of AN/ALQ188 (v) 4 Electronic Attack Pod. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used. The justification for this sole source procurement is there are no other sources that manufacture or sell this item. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 30 Mar 09. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 effective 12 June, 2008 and DFARS Change Notice 20080124.
