Description: Clarification of Network System: The Army is seeking an Enterprise Tool that is a Turn-Key Solution. The proposed software is expected to run on the DoD/Army Servers and the Army administrators will use the software on the Army networks with the Army having total control over these networks and servers. The vendor will not host or manage the DoD network from their (vendor) networks or use their own servers. Army personnel will use software to maintain the DoD and Army networks that the Army is link to. The software needs to be compatible with the current (Army) network.
