- **NOTE** Amendment of this solicitation will be posted 12 March 2009. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the hour and date specified for receipt of offer to 12:00PM on 19 September 2009, Japan Standard Time and to answer Contractor questions. The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Korea) intends to procure cafeteria table Brand name or equal for their Osan Middle School utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price type Purchase Order on a Full and Open Competition basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of Purchase Order. Specific specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-09-T-2003 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 27 February 2009, to close 15 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 31 March 2009. Award of the RFQ will be based on the lowest price quote for products that meet the government's requirements listed in the RFQ. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All comments and questions regarding the solicitation/RFP shall be submitted in writing and sent to the following e-mail address: dppd@pac.dodea.edu.
