- NSN 2090-00-369-4567, cot, folding, 863 each to be shipped to New Cumberland PA 17070-5002 in 180 days. Solicitation calls for FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. A 100% option is included, which may or may not be exercised. Item to be procured I/A/W COT, FOLDING. EXCEPTIONS TO DRAWING: ITEM 1: USE A-A-55308 TYPE I, CLASS 1(COATED), FORM 1 VICE MIL-C-22524 CLASS 3 18 OUNCE/SQUARE YARD. ITEM 2: USE MIL-W-530 TYPE IIA CLASS 1B VICE MIL-W-530 TYPE 1, CLASS 1B. NOTE 1: ANY COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE CLEAR BAKING ENAMEL WILL BE ACCEPTABLE. IF AQLS ARE LISTED IN THE SPECIFICATION(S)OR DRAWING(S) THEY MAY BE USED TO ESTABLISH THEAUTHORIZED SAMPLE SIZE, HOWEVER, THE ACCEPTANCE NUMBER FOR THIS CONTRACT IS ZERO; I.E., THISCONTRACT REQUIRES A SAMPLING PLAN THAT ACCEPTSON ZERO DEFECTS AND REJECTS ON ONE OR MOREDEFECT(S). "CLASS I OZONE DEPLETING CHEMICALS ARE NOT TO BEUSED NOR INCORPORATED IN ANY ITEMS TO BEDELIVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. PLEASE NOTE; THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
