- Agenda for LA Industry Conference GSA/PBS/Office of Real Estate Acquisition/Center for Real Estate Brokerage Services will host a second Industry Conference at the Omni Los Angeles at California Plaza 251 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 on March 25th, 2009 from 1PM to 3 PM. Check-in for the event will begin at 12:00 noon. This event is in support of the National Brokers Contract (NBC) Program and planning the replacement contract to the current NBC contract. The purpose of this conference is to provide historical information on the current contracts, discuss potential scenarios for the follow on contracts, and provide a forum for potential offerors to meet to discuss teaming opportunities. Any questions related to this announcement should be sent to ted.mahoney@gsa.gov. This is a no-fee event and seating is limited. Maximum registration is set to 100 individuals. All registrations must include name, company, day time telephone number, email address and reason for attendance. The Government will not be conducting one-on-one discussions during this event. This announcement is not a solicitation to contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, a forum to discuss upcoming work, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses for marketing efforts. No additional Industry Conferences are planned. Questions and Answers along with additional information will be posted from each event as soon as possible.. Any questions resulting from this second Industry Day Conference in LA, are to be emailed to ted.mahoney@gsa.gov no later than 2 April 2009.
