Description

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Community Corrections Contracting (CCC), intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Pathways House, in Clovis, New Mexico, to maintain residential treatment for a juvenile at a Non-Secure Juvenile facility. The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The applicable NAICS code is 623990 (Other Residential Care Facilities). Interested parties may identify their interest and must provide evidence of their capability to respond to this requirement by 02:00pm, on March 25, 2009. Any interested party must be able to satisfy the government's need as mentioned above. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
