- A sources sought notice is being published by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM). The Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (DCS, G-2), Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), in partnership with other HQDA Staff Agencies, and the greater Army Military Intelligence (MI) community requires professional and technical services in continuing the known Army Intelligence Master Plan (AIMP) program. The AIMP program will continue to satisfy complex DOD requirements by building upon successes realized from the use of its reference framework approach and constantly maturing automated analytical assessment capabilities. This combined, disciplined approach supports critical issues such as (but not limited to) Global War On Terrorism (GWOT), Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Quadrennial Defense Report (QDR), Army transformation, MI force integration and resource management. Specific Tasking Requirements are: 1. Develop and Integrate Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Capabilities 2. Provide technical expertise to Army MI force development and organizational analysis across the combat developments spectrum. 3. Army Military Intelligence Programs Development with DOD Agencies and Greater Intelligence Community (IC) 4. Develop, maintain and provide technical expertise for Resource Management Support and Military Intelligence Investment Strategy (MI2S) 5. Enhance Automated Intel Tools, analysis and related IT support for products the support the Army military intelligence participation. 6. G-3 Force Management for Program Budget/Analyst Support 7. G-3 INSCOM Investment Strategy Enterprise 8. Provide professional and technical level expertise to the Army Directed Studies Office (ADSO). Based on the information provided, interested firms are requested to submit a response in the form of a capabilities statement of no more than eight (8) pages (on one side, 8 by 11 size paper, 12 point Arial font). The capabilities statement must provide a cover memorandum stating their business size (small or large; if small, provide detail on category, e.g., small women-owned, 8(a), etc. ) and whether they can provide some or all of the requirements listed in this notice. Small businesses are encouraged to respond. Only electronic responses will be accepted.
