- NAICS Code: 561621 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued underRFQ-PA-09-00007. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for preventive maintenance on the following CCTV security equipment and associated parts/labor, software upgrades are included with this maintenance agreement noted below for a Base-April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 and four Option Years-April 1, 2010 through March 2014. CCTV Equipment:--41 cameras;--5 microwave transmission units;--9 pan/tilt units;--7 large screen monitors;--4 small screen monitors;--1 multiplexer;--2 integral/Pelco digital recorder;--1 allegiant video controller; interface with data unit. Support pc with allegiant softwareProvide for 4 to 6 hour service call responseMaintain all equipment according to manufacturer specifications.Provide annual preventive maintenance check for filter cleaning and Verification of camera operation in addition to service calls on an-as-needed basis. All maintenance and repair calls shall be made during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. In addition, a Project Officer should be present during the maintenance and/or repair call. The contractor shall only respond to calls authorized by the Project Officer. The government obligation only extends to properly ordered repair calls. On-site response time shall be at a maximum of six hours or less. Emergency service call for 'front-end' and video problems shall be responded to within four hours, 24 hours a day, and seven days per week. The vendor shall have sufficient replacement parts available to install when there is an equipment failure.
