- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Beartrap program, has a requirement for the following products: Custom Shipping Container for ASQ-208, p/n: CD11767 Rev A, qty 28 ea. These items are spare custom made shipping/storage containers for maintaining Project Beartrap’s ASQ-208 MAD system. Quality Cases is the only known authorized distributor for the firmware and supporting materials. In order to remain in compliance with system uniformity (form, fit and function) these units need to be procured. The Government intends to negotiate with Quality Cases on an other than full & open competitive basis to procure these items. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
