New Manufacture NSN: 4820-01-182-6252NZ P/N: 217327-1 Noun: Safety Relief Valve Quantity: BEQ 22 each, Ranges 6-33 Applicable to: F100/200/220 Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Delivery: 30 Sep 2009 Qualification Requirements do not apply. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 24 Mar 09. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 23 April 09. The anticipated award date will be Jun 09. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Copies of the solicitation must be obtained from the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. Data must be obtained from the TeDs website at www.dodteds.com only after the solicitation has been issued. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
