- NSN: 3110-00-165-5922, Bearing, Ball, Duplex, Drawing in accordance with 19200 11727864, Amendment Number B, Amendment Dated 85 APR 19, Part Number: 11727864, Specification Control Item US Army Armament Research & Development Command (CAGE CODE 19200), Source: Kaydon (CAGE CODE 32828) P/N 11727864. Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 225 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical application with Configuration Control. Quality Control Code is FCA which is a Higher Level Quality System which will apply to the manufacturer and/or both the manufacturer and dealer facilities if quoted by a dealer. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock) and the contractor’s packaging facility shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Verification requirements in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. Solicitation will result in a Firmed Fixed Price Contract. This RFP will be solicited as unrestricted with full and open competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the quoted price for 73 each bearing, ball, duplex. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated Solicitation issue date is March 13, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
