- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to M/A-Com Sigint, on other than full and open competitive basis for 1 each IF/Baseband Converter, Model 388A-02, P/N MAFCI0006; 2 each 0.5-20 GHz Microwave Receivers, Model SMR-550i, P/N MARESI0014. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. This acquisition is solicited under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Sole source based on being compatible to M/A-Com Sigint. (Microsoft IE Required). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
