Description

The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General (DHS-OIG) intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for: Leadership Development Program for Managers and Supervisors under the DHS Fellows Program. This is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAIALABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Comments may be emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov with the above reference number as the subject. Comments will be received until March 9, 2009 on or before 2:00 p.m. Award will be made to: Partnership for Public Services, Inc., Washington DC 20005-6107
