- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN BRADENTON, FLORIDA **MODIFICATION – SQUARE FEET, DELINEATED AREA & OCCUPANCY DATE ** The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 9,917 rentable square feet in Bradenton, FL. The space should yield 8,623 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A 20 feet standoff or setback distance on all sides of the facility is required. Ten (10) surface and seven (7) structured, secure parking spaces are required. Surface parking with a security fence and gate is acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Manatee River East: I-75 South: Highway 70 West: Royal Palm Blvd/ 75th St. NW The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. Government will have the right to cancel after the 10th year of the lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 7, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. No subleases will be considered. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. The Contracting Officer is Pamela W.
