- Past Performance Survey - Word Document RFP No. HTC711-09-R-0009 USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-S anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 16 Mar 09 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) at Ben Gurion International Airport and Ovda Air Base Israel. The contractor shall provide ATGHS on behalf of the Air Mobility Command (AMC) in support of the Department of Defense Airlift System. The contractor shall facilitate on-time aircraft departures and maintain the ability to provide ATGHS for all AMC missions and sustained working Maximum on Ground (MOG) capability of one wide-body aircraft or one narrow body aircraft. This solicitation will be full and open competition, however; companies submitting offers must be authorized to perform ATGHS at Ben Gurion IAP and Ovda Air Base for offers to be considered for award. The period of performance is 1 Sep 09 through 30 Sep 09 with four one-year option periods. A preproposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 31 Mar 09 in Ramstein Germany. More information will be provided as it becomes available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
